Tamati Ellison is a rugby union player who has played rugby across all forms of the union code.

He was chosen as one of four new caps for the All Blacks 2009 end of year tour to Europe. As well as the All Blacks, Junior All Blacks and the New Zealand Maori, he played for the New Zealand Sevens and was a part of the New Zealand Sevens team that won a gold medal at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.

In this episode, Tamati shares:

  • Tamati's experiences with legendary All Black 7's coach Gordon Tietjens through to working with All Black coaches Graham Henry and Steve Hansen
